ERMC Switzerland à été fondé en 1980 dans le canton de St-Gall. Par la suite, un autre Chapter à été créé au Tessin en 2008 et pour finir un troisième dans le canton de Zurich en 2010. Le Chapter de Zürich, Highlands, a été fermé en 2021.

Le Chapter Ticino à déménagé dans le canton de Fribourg. Le Chapter Ticino est devenu le Chapter West CH, Romandie.
